Preventative maintenance service inspections plans

We have an extensive range of preventative maintenance service inspections (PMSI) each one can be tailored to your individual venue below are examples of some of our standard plans.

Standard Plus Extra (PMSI)

Our Standard Plus Extra 2-man crew, 3-4 days on site, preventative maintenance visit includes lubricating all moving parts, all motors run and checked, the cables and pulleys inspected for tensioning, fraying etc… Whilst on site, if deemed necessary our engineers will repair any serviceable parts, which are required i.e. without prior notification to you.

Quotations sent only for the screens in need of additional attention, which is not, completed in 3-4 days.

All Screen surfaces re-tensioned if necessary. Screen Surface details and dimensions noted, and documented on our database for future use.

All Masking Cloths re-dressed. Details and dimensions noted, and documented on our database for future use.

Our engineers will work alongside one of your managers / projectionists, checking re-aligning limits, resetting to the correct formats as required. Your staff member must have full knowledge along with the authority to make changes if deemed necessary.

All screen frames, inspected, detailed for integrity and safety problems, advice on access to speaker cabinets, along with any safety issues making recommendations. Details and dimensions noted, and documented on our database for future use.

Our engineers can change any speaker drivers as long as the drivers are available to us on the day, max 1 per auditorium. If more than one speaker require drivers changing, this can be completed, if no additional screens require divers during a single visit.

Full preventative maintenance report issued for each Auditorium, Draft copy available upon request. A Safety Certificate awarded only on screens, which do not require any NON-serviceable works or any additional repairs.

1 Year warranty guarantee.

Free emergency call out 24-48 Hrs engineer response time, off screen only (unable to show films) 24hr access required to effected screen. Subject to public holidays and weekends.

Non-emergency (can show films) Site engineer response time allocated with a scheduled booking, pre first show.

Price includes serviceable parts, cables, fuses and standard wheeled runners only. 2 emergency visits per year, per site.

Unlimited telephone Technical Support 9am – 9pm 7 days per week. subject to public holidays

Charges will occur If a quotation previously issued for additional repairs to the auditorium. Intermittent motor faults, not previously reported to us. Vandalism or negligence by staff, contractors, visitors or member of the public.

Cables, fuses and standard wheeled runners, and charged accordingly. Quotations sent only for the screens in need of additional attention, which is not, completed in 1 day. Preventative maintenance will take priority over repairs.

Our Standard 2-man crew, 1 day on site based on approximately 10 screens per site, Preventative Maintenance inspection includes lubricating all moving parts, motors run and checked. Cables and pulleys inspected for tensioning, fraying etc… Quotations issued only for the screens in need of attention.
